Shipping information.
All orders are shipped on the following Monday or Thursday after purchase. Orders are shipped via USPS, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. Shipping available to United States and Canada. Other International orders contact me via the Contact page or DM on Twitter @that_niki.
Canadian orders - shipping small packages are roughly ~$14. Multiple orders will combine for cheaper shipping per item.
I use some recycled packaging. Please recycle!
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. If an item is damaged during shipping please send photos through the contact page or on Twitter (@that_niki). I will do my best to work with you to help the situation, possibly remake or fix an item, discount code for future use, etc.
Without provided proof, no accommodations will be made.
Once an item has been shipped, I am no longer responsible, whether lost or missing. If items are lost or missing, please contact your local post office. Contact me via the contact page or Twitter @that_niki. I would be more than willing to contact my local post office as well.
